Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Kooringal-Wagga Athletics Club Incorporated
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Kooringal-Wagga Athletics Club Incorporated and the Presentation will be held on 29th March 2021 at the Jubilee Park Athletics Centre, Wagga commencing at 5:30pm.
At the conclusion of the AGM we will hold our presentation night for our athletes.
On behalf of the Current Committee we appreciate the wonderful support families provide on club nights and with 185 athletes and approximately 80+ families the club encourages and requires members to join the Committee to continue the great success of our club.
This year we know that there are a large majority of executive position holders that will not be seeking renomination in their current positions. They are still very happy to support the incoming executive officers for the 2021 – 2022 season before stepping further back from their hands on roles within the club.
This will mean that we need you to carefully consider how you could volunteer to help support the way the Kooringal Wagga Athletics Club operates. Please look through the following roles and role descriptions, and nominate yourself for a position that you could help with, knowing that you will be well supported in your capacity to assist the club.
