Under 11’s + will compete from 1pm onwards

Tiny Tots to Under 17’s please enter via the Results HQ Family Portal (DO NOT COMPLETE THE MANUAL ENTRY FORM UNLESS YOUR CLUB DOES NOT USE RESULTS HQ).

Please be advised that due to Covid-19 this year we’ve had to implement a few changes with how we are running the carnival this year.
As of the 1st November we have been advised we are limited to having 500 people attend carnivals. This includes athletes, parents, officials, food vendors. We are capping the numbers of athletes to 220 and will limit the number of parents/caregivers who can attend to one parent per registered athlete, for example 1 registered athlete = 1 parent, 2 registered athletes = 2 parents
PLEASE BE AWARE THERE WILL BE A LIMIT OF PARENTS ATTENDING TO 1 PER REGISTERED ATHLETE
(e.g., if you have 2 children registered you can have up to 2 adults/caregivers)
Nominations will close on Sunday 22nd November 2020 however we reserve the rights to close the entries early in the event we reach the limit of our allowed participants.
